you need a bittorrent client i chose http://azureus.sourceforge.net/
get the latest core package and the latest update for the OS you want to update from autopatcher in the form of a .torrent file
feed that file to your bittorrent client ( in azureus that means choose file>open and navigate to where you downloaded the .torrent file
choose the files you want to download and get a beer while that happens)
the files will be in your mydocuments folder in the azureus dir
copy those files to a jump drive and xfer them to the computer you want to upgrade
run the files and get another beer while they install!!
